Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Implementation of Socialization and Internalization Strategies in Supporting the Implementation of Core Value ASN Work Culture with BerAKHLAK (Study at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province)". The purpose of this study was to find out, identify, and analyze the implementation of socialization and internalization strategies in supporting the implementation of the ASN BerAKHLAK core value work culture at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is a qualitative research method. To analyze the implementation of the socialization and internalization strategy in supporting the implementation of the ASN BerAKHLAK core values work culture at the Regional Secretariat Organizational Bureau of South Sumatra Province uses strategy implementation theory from (Wheelen & Hunger, 2003) which is divided into 3 dimensions, namely Program, Budget, and Procedure. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the socialization and internalization strategy in supporting the implementation of the ASN BerAKHLAK core value work culture at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province has been running optimally on the budget and procedure dimensions, but there are still program activities that have not been implemented on the program dimensions so that making targets and realization has not been achieved.
