Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, Growth dan Firm Size terhadap Nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variable intervening, baik pengaruh secara langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 38 perusahaan sub sektor industri Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017 sebagai populasi. Sampel pcnelitian ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio berpenguuh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Growth dan Firm Size tidak berpengaruh terbadap Nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh Debt to equty Ratio terhadap Nilai perusahaan, namun Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Growth dan Firm Size terhadap Nilai perusahaan. lmplikasi dalam penelitian ini Pengaruh rasio utang terhadap ekuitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi oleh Profitabilitas Return On Asset.
