Abstract

Beberapa negara di dunia mengesahkan sebuah persetujuan yang secara resmi di tanda tangani pada tahun 2015 yaitu program SDG’s atau Sustainable Development Goals atau yang lebih dikenl dengan Bahasa Indoesianya yaitu Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Stunting menjadi salah satu masalah yang dibahas dalam program tersebut melalui program No. 2 yaitu Zero Hunger. Stunting juga menjadi masalah dan menjadi prioritas bagi dunia termasuk Indonesia. Melalui peraturan Presiden tentang stunting, ini membuat stunting menjadi prioritas dalam pembentuka arah kebikan yang akan diambil Nasional maupun Daerah. Dengan menggunakan konsep/teori implementasi dari Edwards III, dimana dalam penjelasannya implementasi dapat terjadi dan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya karena memiliki beberapa faktor yaitu berupa Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Sikap, dan Struktur Organisasi. Penelitian ini dijelaskan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi SDG’S No. 2 tentang Zero Hunger dalam Percepatan penurunan Angka Stunting di Kota Palembang dilaksanakan bertahap dari atas kebawah dengan terpusat yaitu dari secara global oleh PBB, lalu ke Pemerintah Pusat/Negara, kemudian ke Pemerintah Daerah dengan acuan tetap pada Peraturan Presiden yang berkitan dengan Stunting agar kebijakan yang telah dibuat terlakaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan hasil yang di inginkan.
