Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of labor, capital in the ground coffee processing industry in South Sumatra. The data used in this research is the Cobb – Douglass production function regression approach. Stationary data can be seen from the estimation results by taking into account the probability values that exist in each variable. Data is said to pass the ADF test if the probability value of each variable is less than 10%, if at level (0) the probability value is more than 10% then the data does not pass so it is necessary to re-do the ADF test at level 1 (first difference) or level 2 (second differences). the results of testing the two variables, the results of the probability value of labor and capital for the Ground Coffee Industry in South Sumatra show that both are in a stationary condition, stationary at level 0 seen from the above probabilities of 0.0085 and 0.0042 or < (0.010). the results of testing the two variables, the results of the probability value of labor and capital for the ground coffee industry in South Sumatra show that both are in a stationary condition, stationary at level 0 seen from the above probabilities of 0.0085 and 0.0042 or < (0.010). on assumptionsCobb-Douglas is by assessing the probability cross-section, if <0.05 then the model used is fixed, but if the probability is > 0.05 then the model used is random.
