Abstract

Knowledge and experience possessed by teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Palembang from teachers who are still actively teaching or who have retired are still stored in each individual and are not well documented, causing this knowledge to be lost at any time. To solve this problem, this research was carried out by developing a Knowledge Management System (KMS) prototype using the Design Thinking method. A knowledge Management System (KMS) will be a solution for storing and documenting this knowledge. The prototype built has been tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a score of 86.5 and an adjective rating with an B or excellent rating so that it is acceptable and suitable for use it.
