Abstract

Based on the data from community health centers (Puskesmas) in Tanjung Batu, the number of patient visits JKN in 2017 had decrease from a year before. In 2017 total patients are 5.782 people from 8.153. The low utilization of health services can make it impossible to optimally implement health services for national health insurance participants. The purpose of this study was to see how the implementation of health services for national health insurance participants at Tanjung Batu public health center in ogan ilir district. This study uses a qualitative approach. This informant numbered 11 people using the method of in depth observation interviews and document review. Interview data were analyzed qualitative then grouped into the same category. The results of this study found that in implementing the national health insurance services at Tanjung Batu healyh center there are still many obstacles such as : Patients who do not carry a national health insurance card when seeking treatment, patients do not know what health screening patients, patients who come to the community health center immediately ask for referral letters and the services provided are not optimal. So it can be concluded that health services for national health insurance participants are not optimal. It is expected that the community health center will optimize more in terms of socialization about health screening and it is expected that participants will comply with the rules at the community health center.
