Abstract
This study aims to develop a model of improvement in demand response-based internet incentive financing systems and heterogeneous incentives uses the utility function Constant Elasticity of Substitution (CES). This study also involved a sensitivity analysis. The incentive financing scheme is implemented on a local data server. A incentive financing model by combining demand response were established models, heterogeneous incentives, CES utility functions and reverse charging. The model will be made with three incentive financing schemes namely flat fee, usage based, and two part tariff. The goal is to find optimal solutions that can be implemented by Internet Service Providers (ISP). Based on the analysis that has been done, the optimal solution is obtained from the internet incentive financing model with a flat fee financing scheme on peak hour Traffic data with an objective value of 1,572.65/kbps with 52 iterations and off-peak Traffic data with an objective value of 1,181.82/ kbps with 48 iterations.
