Abstract

Program Evaluation is a benchmark in measuring the level of program success. This study aims to determine the Evaluation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Program at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of OganIlir Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using interviews, which were then studied using the CIPP evaluation model from Daniel Stufflebeam which has four dimensions consisting of Context evaluation, Input evaluation, Process evaluation, and Product evaluation as a reference in research. The results of the study showed that the program evaluation has been carried out well. However, the government needs to increase the socialization of registering KIA in Ogan Ilir regency so that in the future more people will undrestand the importance of a child having KIA.
