Abstract

PT Pegadaian (Persero) Ba111raja Branch is a service company engaged in the distribution of credit with the legal system of pawn. In the implementation of this company requires the management of customer relationships in order to maintain customer loyalty. This study discusses Customer Relationship Management in Maintaining Customer Relationship. This type of re.w!arch is descriptive qualitative research wirh dara collection method completed by interview, observation and documentation method From the result of the research, it is found that customer service of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Baturaja Branch in managing customer relationship run well, seen from quality and skill offront liner employee in running Customer Get Customer (CG() program, excellent service in customer service, creating good relationships with customers.
