Abstract
Transportation urban needs provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure to reach a balance between supply and demand . Government apply system buy the service (BTS) as solution To increase quality transportation common and reduced jam . Study This aim was to analyze the characteristics of journey society and operations of angkot feeder LRT in Palembang. Study This study uses a nonprobability sampling method with the technique of sampling convariance at point - stop LRT feeders . Total sample of 400 respondents , filling questionnaire done on the day work and day holiday . The analytical methods used are confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). The study explained the characteristics of the journey of the respondents in the Hajj Dormitory area - Sematang Form . Time to go to place work most often happens between 06:00-08:00, meanwhile time go home to house most often happen between 16 :00-17:00. Load factor highest takes place in September 2022, meanwhile the average load factors in 2022 and 2023 are 183.55% and 184.69% . This feeder bus is very needed by the community , as shown by the results of the model that shows influencing factors _ need public will feeder bus . Analysis coefficient determination show that characteristic service , characteristics travel and change behavior very influence public needs of angkot feeders . Influencing factors public feel need against a transport LRT feeders include security Because There is CCTV and detection alarm speed , accessibility , distance travel , passenger priority , use of AC, and availability information trip .
