Abstract

The Study aim to examine the effect of company size, board of commissioners, business strategies on internet financial reporting. The data type in this research was secondary data which was the annual report from the company website. The population in this study was basic materials sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2020-2021. The sample was taken by purposive sampling method with total 74 observation samples. Analysis technique in this paper used Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 22.0 program. The result on this study was variable company size, board of commissioners has positive effect and significant on internet financial reporting, while business strategies has no effect on internet financial reporting.
