Abstract

Dana is a digital wallet service that is popular in Indonesia which entered Indonesia at the end of 2018. To be able to compete with its competitors, user satisfaction with the services provided is of course an important thing that Dana must pay attention to. Due to the many services provided by the Fund, such as interbank transfers and bill payments, various responses were generated from Fund users, ranging from positive responses to negative responses in the review column on the Google Play Store. This study aims to determine user satisfaction with Dana services by utilizing review comments on the Dana application on the Google Play Store. Using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method and validating data using K-Fold Cross Validation with trials of the fold parameter values = 2, 4, 6, and 8. The best accuracy results were obtained at the fold value = 6 with an accuracy value of 60.00%, the value precision of 61.03%, and recall value of 36.11%. from the test results there were 18,201 positive data and 430 negative data, the test results indicated that more users were satisfied with the Dana digital wallet service compared to users who were dissatisfied with the services provided by the Dana digital wallet.
