Gizi Pengaruhi Edukasi Gizi Melalui Media Video Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Pencegahan Anemia pada Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Batu xi + 146 Halaman, 11 tabel, 8 gambar, 10 lampiran ABSTRAK Anemia masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang banyak terjadi dan tersebar di seluruh dunia. Penyebab terjadinya masalah gizi ialah kurangnya informasi mengenai gizi dan kesehatan. Dampak anemia pada wanita usia subur (WUS) akan terbawa hingga dia menjadi ibu hamil, serta mengakibatkan kompilkasi kehamilan. Cara pencegahan dan penanggulangan anemia yaitu dengan pendidikan kesehatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui faktor pendukung dengan adanya media pendidikan, media yang bagus dan menarik akan memberikan keyakinan, dan media yang menarik yaitu video. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi gizi melalui media video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pencegahan anemia pada wanita usia subur (WUS) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperiment. Responden berjumlah 30 orang setiap kelompok dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria wanita yang berusia 20 – 35 tahun serta tidak sedang hamil. Hasil analisi skor pengetahuan pada kelompok video rata – rata sebelum 53,57 dengan nilai standar deviasi 12,34 dan setelah intervensi menjadi 83,17 dengan nilai standar deviasi 5,46, sedangkan pada kelompok leaflet rata – rata sebelum 52,56 dengan nilai standar deviasi 13,32 dan setelah intervensi 70,07 dengan nilai deviasi 14,27. Terdapat pengaruh edukasi gizi melalui video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan (p value = 0,0001) dan terdapat perbedaan edukasi melalui media video dan leaflet (p value = 0,0001). Perbedaan efektivitas edukasi gizi melalui media video dan leaflet (p value = 0,0001) dengan perbedaan selisih (delta) 13,11, sehingga edukasi menggunakan media video lebih efektif dibandingkan menggunakan media leaflet. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh edukasi gizi melalui media video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan wanita usia subur (WUS) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Batu. Saran selanjutnya agar dapat menggunakan media video peneliti sebagai media edukasi gizi terhadap wanita usia subur (WUS) dalam pencegahan anemia. The cause of nutrition problems is the lack of information about nutrition and health. The impact of anemia on women of childbearing age (WUS) will be carried over until she becomes a pregnant woman, and result in pregnancy complications. How to prevent and overcome anemia is by health education which aims to increase knowledge through supporting factors with the existence of educational media, good and interesting media will provide confidence, and interesting media is video. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition education through video media on increasing knowledge of anemia prevention in women of childbearing age (WUS) in the working area of the Tanjung Batu Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experiment research design. Respondents amounted to 30 people in each group selected by purposive sampling with the criteria of women aged 20-35 years and not being pregnant. The results of the analysis of knowledge scores in the video group averaged before 53.57 with a standard deviation value of 12.34 and after intervention to 83.17 with a standard deviation value of 5.46, while in the leaflet group the average before 52.56 with a standard deviation value of 13.32 and after intervention 70.07 with a deviation value of 14.27. There is an effect of nutrition education through video on increasing knowledge (p value = 0.0001) and there are differences in education through video and leaflet media (p value = 0.0001). The difference in the effectiveness of nutrition education through video and leaflet media (p value = 0.0001) with a difference difference (delta) of 13.11, so that education using video media is more effective than using leaflet media. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of nutrition education through video media on increasing the knowledge of women of childbearing age (WUS) in the Tanjung Batu Health Center working area. The next suggestion is to be able to use video media researchers as nutrition education media for women of childbearing age (WUS) in the prevention of anemia.
