Abstract

The development of information technology which grow rapidly nowadays, allows their user to do work more effective and efficient. in carry out its water sampling report activity, PERUMDA Tirta Musi still using multiple steps which requires employee to record every sampling activity by the report paper, then admin need to input the report paper into excel and database. therefore, this study aims to create an application to shorten the process of sampling report activity and help in managing report as well as minimizing the risk of report data loss. The method that being used in the application development is Waterfall method. furthermore, the application is created using PHP as its programming language and Mysql as the database. the result of this study is a web based reporting application for customer water quality sampling which has been tested using Black Box method.
