Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 2.7. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) dan Keputusan Investasi (FATA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PER), Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PER).
