Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Social Governance and Green Process Innovation on financial performance. The independent variables in this study are Environmental Social Governance and Green Process Innovation. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study consists of non-financial companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2022. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling method, and a total of 42 companies were sampled over a six-year period (2017-2022). This study employs a quantitative method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Environmental Social Governance have no effect on financial performance, and Green Process Innovation have no effect on financial performance.
