Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and to analyze the effect of current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), return on assets (ROA) and total asset turnover on earnings growth. The sample selection was taken by using Purposive Sampling of 50 selected companies. The type of data used was secondary data in the form of financial ratios of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange 2019-2022. The data analysis technique of the study used multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis tool used was SPSS version 29. The results showed that current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and total asset turnover (TATO) had no significant effect on earnings growth, while return on assets (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on earnings growth.
