Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing e-procurement on fraud prevention in Muara Enim Regency. The research was carried out from June to August 2022 in several regional agencies of Muara Enim Regency in Muara Enim City. The research was conducted using the method of distributing questionnaires. The variables in this study are the stages of e-procurement, namely planning, committee formation, prequalification, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, announcements, and objections. The results showed that the planning stage did not affect the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district; the committee formation stage did not affect the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district; the pre-qualification stage did not affect the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district; and the tender document preparation stage had no effect on the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district. prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district, the bid evaluation stage affects the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district, the announcement stage affects the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district, and the denial stage can affect the prevention of procurement fraud in Muara Enim district.
