Abstract

The level of efficiency is one of the aspects used in measuring the level of performance. The growth of performance indicators such as Third Party Fund (TPF), Finance, and Assets can show the efficiency of a bank. Sharia bank (BUS) in Indonesia are growing rapidly over time. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of Assets and Third Party Funds and Finance in Indonesian Sharia Bank and to determine the efficiency of Assets and Third Party Funds in terms of finance. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a population consisting of BUS in Indonesia. Data was taken from the period 2010 – 2020. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitative analysis was carried out using Stochatic Frontier Analysis. The result of this research is the Third Party Fund at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia is the highest, while PT. Bank Victoria Syariah has the smallest Finance, Total Asset and Third Party Fund. Based on the results of statistical data processing on the technical efficiency of BUS financing, Assets have a positive and significant effect on BUS Finance. For every 1 percent increase in assets, Finance will increase by 0.8169 percent. Another result obtained is that the Third Party Fund (TPF) has no significant effect on BUS Finance. The conclusion of this study is that the technical efficiency of Indonesian BUS Finance is influenced by the efficiency of Indonesian BUS Assets.
