Abstract

It has been successfully developed online numeracy minimum competency assessment questions for elementary schools that are valid and practical, as well as looking at the potential effects of the questions made on the numeracy literacy skills of grade 5 elementary school students. The research subjects were grade 5 students at SD Negeri 109 Palembang. The research method used is design research with the type of development study, which is divided into 2 stages, namely preliminary and formative evaluation. The preliminary stage includes analysis of research subjects, curriculum, AKM framework, and making test instruments. The formative evaluation stage includes one to one together with an expert review, then a small group, then a field test. The results of the research data analysis showed that: (1) the AKM questions that had been developed were stated to be valid and practical. Valid based on expert review and based on comments/suggestions from the results of one to one trials. The practicality of the AKM questions can be seen from the calculation results of the questionnaire given and based on observations at the small group stage and seeing the potential effect of students' numeracy literacy skills at the field test stage. From the results of the expert validation sheet, an average percentage of 86.4% is obtained which is quite valid criteria and from the results of the practicality questionnaire it is obtained an average percentage of 72.07% which is a practical criterion. (2) AKM questions that have been developed have a potential effect on students' numeracy literacy skills. This can be seen from 19 of the 24 students who were able to complete the AKM model questions, with details of 19 students at level 1 (79.16%), 18 students at level 2 (75%), 19 students at level 3 (79.16 %).
