Abstract

The opportunity for zakat in Indonesia is very large because this can make it possible to eradicate poverty and improve the welfare of its people. As in South Sumatra, especially the city of Palembang, the development of zakat management institutions is quite good and has great potential in terms of zakat which is expected to be able to reduce poverty. This research aims to examine the influence of transparency, trust and public knowledge on muzakki loyalty at BAZNAS Palembang City. The data used in this research is primary data and the sample for this research uses probability sampling, namely the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that simultaneously all variables, namely transparency, trust and public knowledge, together have a positive and significant effect on muzakki loyalty at BAZNAS Palembang City. Meanwhile, partially trust has a positive but not significant effect on muzakki loyalty at BAZNAS Palembang City. Only transparency and public knowledge partially have a positive and significant effect on muzakki loyalty at BAZNAS Palembang City.
