Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. Toyota Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. The type of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from reliable journals and websites with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis with a statistical calculation method using two tests, namely: Coefficient of determination R^2 and simple linear regression using SPSS 15.00. The results of this research show that product quality variables have an influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Toyota Auto 2000 Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. The limitations of this research are the limited population and sample and the research object needs to be expanded, not only in the city of Palembang.
