Abstract

Household appliances often found a variety of electric motors such as water pumps, fans (fan) and others. Electric motors can be modified by coils and magnets so that they can be used as generators. This study aims (1) to determine the design of the winding pattern of a low rpm permanent magnet generator from an induction electric motor. (2) Knowing the output voltage of a permanent magnet generator. (3) Knowing the Efficiency of a Permanent Magnet Generator from an induction electric motor. There are three research methods in writing this final project, namely the research stage, the design stage, and the development stage. The results obtained in the study this is the full load output voltage of 10.48 V, 12.17 V, 13.90 V, 15.86 V, 18.28 V. Then for no load of 12.26 V, 13.57 V, 15.52 V, 17.46 V, 19.88 V. Then for the value of the input power of 43.48 W, 66.20 W, 101.49 W, 154.04 W, 211.5 W. The value of the output power is 37.1 W, 57.14 W, 90.89 W, 139.9, 194.49 W. For Efficiency of 85.3%, 86.31%, 89.55%, 90.8%, 91.9%
