Abstract

Toko Melda is a shop that sells various staple goods and household needs. In daily life, Toko Melda still uses system management manually, where customers have to come directly 10 buy goods, so it requires more time and effort, especially for customers whose homes are far from Melda Store. In addition, because the data collection was still done by hand, it often made typographical errors that resulted in untidy and illegible writing. For making monthly reports, it is also often difficult because you have to view and re-copy data from the transaction logbook which could be damaged or even lost. Through this research, the authors build an application for customers to place orders online, and this application can be used to manage sales data and at the same time be able to make reports more easily and quickly. From the results of testing using the black box method, it explains that the application built is in accordance with the design made, and according user needs.
