Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pola Komunikasi Organisasi Di PT Sukanda Djaya Cabang Palembang” yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pola Komunikas Organisasi yang ada di PT Sukanda Djaya Cabang Palembang dengan menggunakan teori pola komunikasi organisasi Carl I. Hovland serta apa faktor penghambat dalam prosesnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan dan dokumentasi. Untuk mencapai keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan trianggulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 arah komunikasi organisasi di PT Sukanda Djaya Palembang yaitu Komunikasi Kebawah, Komunikasi Keatas dan Komunikasi Horizontal. Pola komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu Pola Lingkaran dan Pola Saluran Total. Sedangkan hambatan yang ditemukan yaitu hambatan semantik, hambatan fisik dan hambatan psikologis.
