Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of instagram content parentalk.id on the need for information parenting on followers. This research is a quantitative research by distributing research questionnaires to respondents through instagram parentalk.id, the population in this study is instagram followers @parentalk.id. The sample collection method in this study is Nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling approach so that as many as 111 respondents were obtained. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysisi and simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 28.0 software. The results of this study obtained a calculated t value of 8.637 > 1.98197 and R square 0.408 it can be concluded that instagram content as variable x has a positive and significant influence of 40.8% on information needs as variable Y while 59.2% is influenced by other factors that are not studied.
