Abstract
The interactive multimedia of acid base material has been developed and tested in SMA Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja. This development was done by ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model combined with Tessmer formative evaluation. The multimedia was tested by the experts of material, pedagogic, and design. The validity of material has a mean score of 0.95 with high validity category, the pedagogical validity has a score average of 0.82 with high validity category, and design validity has a mean score of 0.93 with high validity category. Multimedia practicality was seen from the mean of questionnaires in the one to one and small group stages. The average score of practicability is 0.90 with high practicality category. The effectiveness of this interactive multimedia is shown from the learning outcomes done in the field test stage. Based on field test results, the obtained N-gain is 0.71 with high category of effectiveness. This suggests that interactive multimedia has met the valid, practical, and effective criteria to be used in acid base learning.
