Abstract

This study examines the Role of the International Tripartite Rubber Council in Indonesian Rubber Exports in 2012-2016. This research uses an international cooperation theory approach. The type of research used is qualitative research with library research study methods. This research uses secondary data types obtained from documents, articles, reports, electronic books, news, and internet- based research. The results of this study indicate that the International Tripartite Rubber Council has a significant role in rubber exports in Indonesia through a scheme agreed upon by the countries that join the International Tripartite Rubber Council. The agreed schemes are: Application of Supply Management Scheme (SMS), Demand Promotion Scheme (DPS) Agreed Export Tonage System (AETS).
