Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh financial distress, ukuran dewan direksi, ukuran komisaris independen, ukuran komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, dan sales growth terhadap penghindaran pajak. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor food and baverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 14 perusahaan selama 6 tahun berturut-turut sehingga total sampel amatan sebanyak 84 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial distress, ukuran dewan direksi, ukuran komisaris independen, ukuran komite audit, ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak, namun pada variabel sales growth berpengaruh namun kearah negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak.
