Abstract

Production In February 2023, PT Astaka Dodol faced challenges in achieving the overburden stripping production target at pit A1-B. To address this issue, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on factors influencing production, including equipment productivity, work efficiency, on-site management, transportation, and dumping area.From the evaluation results, the initial work efficiency was only 49%. Several machines, including Hitachi excavators and CAT 340D, did not meet their productivity targets. Dump trucks also fell below the production target. The final production reached 128,156 BCM out of the 150,000 BCM/month target, reflecting an achievement rate of 85%.To enhance work efficiency, a series of improvement measures were implemented. By eliminating avoidable obstacles and minimizing production hindrances, positive outcomes were achieved. After the implementation of these improvements, work efficiency increased to 56%. With improved productivity, overburden production significantly rose to 166,823 BCM. This figure exceeded the initial target of 150,000 BCM, indicating an achievement rate of 111%.These improvements not only increased productivity but also enhanced overall operational management. Successfully meeting the production target created resource efficiency and made a positive contribution to the company's operational performance. These steps provide concrete evidence that with appropriate improvements, a company's production potential can be substantially optimized, delivering positive impacts for PT Astaka Dodol and strengthening its position in the industry market. Produksi Pada bulan Februari 2023, PT Astaka Dodol mengalami kendala dalam mencapai target produksi pengupasan overburden di pit A1-B. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi, termasuk produktivitas alat, efisiensi kerja, manajemen di lapangan, pengangkutan, dan area dumping.Dari hasil evaluasi, efisiensi kerja awal hanya mencapai 49%. Beberapa alat, termasuk excavator Hitachi dan CAT 340D, tidak mencapai target produktivitasnya. Dump truck juga di bawah target produksi. Produksi akhir hanya mencapai 128.156 BCM dari target 150.000 BCM/bulan, mencerminkan tingkat ketercapaian sebesar 85%.Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, dilakukan serangkaian tindakan perbaikan. Dengan menghilangkan hambatan yang dapat dihindar,untuk meminimalkan hambatan produksi. Hasilnya sangat positif. Setelah implementasi perbaikan, efisiensi kerja meningkat menjadi 56%. Dengan produktivitas yang lebih baik, produksi overburden meningkat signifikan, mencapai 166.823 BCM. Angka ini melebihi target awal sebesar 150.000 BCM, mencerminkan ketercapaian sebesar 111%.Perbaikan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas tetapi juga memperbaiki manajemen operasional secara keseluruhan. Keberhasilan dalam mencapai target produksi menciptakan efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya dan memberikan kontribusi positif pada kinerja operasional perusahaan. Langkah-langkah ini memberikan bukti nyata bahwa dengan perbaikan yang tepat, potensi produksi perusahaan dapat dioptimalkan secara substansial, memberikan dampak positif bagi PT Astaka Dodol dan memperkuat posisinya di pasar industri
