Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kasus kematian pada usia ≥60 tahun mencapai 46,8%, lansia paling berisiko mengalami morbiditas dan mortalitas akibat penyakit COVID-19. Kerentanan lansia disebabkan penurunan daya tahan tubuh dan adanya penyakit komorbid. Cakupan vaksin COVID-19 pada lansia masih rendah terkhususnya pasien COVID-19 yang memiliki Riwayat komorbid yang belum bersedia bahkan tidak bisa dilakukan vaksinasi COVID-19. Tujuan: Mengetahui Hubungan Riwayat Komorbid Pada Pralansia Dan Lansia Dengan Status Vaksinasi COVID-19 Di Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2022 Metode: Desain penelitian cross secsional, data sekunder Dinas Kesehatan Kota Prabumulih tahun 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 321 orang. Hasil: Pralansia dan lansia ≥2 komorbid (14%), 1 komorbid (86%) dan status vaksinasi COVID-19 belum vaksin (17.1%), sudah vaksin (82.9%). Ada hubungan antara Riwayat komorbid (p <0.0001), umur (p <0.0001), status akhir pasien COVID-19 (p <0.0001) dengan status vaksinasi COVID-19, dan tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan status vaksinasi COVID-19 (p = 0.406). Ada hubungan yang paling signifikan antara Riwayat komorbid dengan status vaksinasi COVID-19 pada pralansia dan lansia penderita COVID-19, setelah dikontrol dengan umur dan status akhir pasien COVID-19. (PR: 0.786; 95%CI: 0.486-1.273). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara Riwayat komorbid dengan status vaksin sehingga diharapkan melakukan pemantauan Kesehatan pralansia dan lansia dengan konsultasi secara online atau kunjungan ke pelayanan Kesehatan kepada pralansia dan lansia memiliki Riwayat komorbid.
