Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure, dividend policy, investment decisions and company size on company value. The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. By using several predetermined criteria, this research used a sample of 28 manufacturing companies with a total of 84 observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) capital structure has no effect on company value, 2) dividend policy has an effect on company value, 3) company size has no effect on company value.
