Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Financing Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Capital Adequacy of Profitability. The method used in the study is a quantitative method with secondary data. The population used in this study was Shariah Bank in Indonesia and Malaysia starting form 2017-2021 with a research sample of 15 Shariah Bank obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis in this study used the SPSS and multiple linear regression.. The results showed that the Financing Risk has a effect on profitability of Shariah Bank in Indonesia, but Shariah Bank in Malaysia did not has a effect on profitability. Meanwhile, Liquidity Risk and Capital Adequacy did not have effect on profitability of Shariah Bank in Indonesia and Malaysia.
