Abstract

Masalah yang di angkat dalam penelian in yakitu untuk mengetahu sebuah faktorpendorong terjadinya pernikahan anak di Desa Lorok Kecamatan Indralaya UtaraKabupaten Ogan Hir peneliti ini mengunakan penelitian Metode DeskritlifKualitatif dengan informan berjumlah 8 orang serta informan pendukung daninforman kunci dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi obsevasi, danwawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Dalain penefitian ini penelimengunakan teori tindakan sosial dari max weber hasil dari sebuah penelitian inimenunjukkan adanya faktor pendorong terjadinya pernikahan anak di Desa LorokKecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan lir adalah adanya, tradisi pegat ataubelarian, faktor pergaulan bebas dan faktor ekonomi, Hamil di luar nikah. Adapundampak yang timbul dari adanya pernikahan anak di Desa Lorok KecamatanIndralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir adalahPutus sekolah karena telahmemutuskan untuk menikah, perekonomian kuluarga yang tidak stabil dan seringdi warnai sebuah pertengkaran. Kata Kunci: Pernikahan Anak
