Abstract
This study discuss about a strategy of public relations in improving the image of the company via social media twitter and also discuss about obstacle what in the face. The data collection using the interview, observations, and the documentation. In this study researcher want to identify and describe about a strategy of public relations in improving the good company via twitter referring to the theory Ruslan and Firsa Nova namelt publications, the event, the news, a community involfment, identy the media, lobbying, and negotiating social respponssibility. The results of research suggests that staff publicist in making the image of the company via twitter has been good enough and gained the image better alsi in the eyes of my people becaouse essentially companies active on twitter to share the information in addition, the purpose of the company make a twitter also to establish good relations with the community and other companies so that the image of the company be better.
