Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital expenditure, direct cash assistance and GDP per capita on the number of poor people in districts/cities in South Sumatra Province in 2012-2021. The data used in this research uses secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2011-2021. The analysis technique used uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Capital Expenditures and the number of poor people in districts/cities in South Sumatra Province, there is a positive and significant relationship between direct cash assistance and the number of poor people in districts/cities in South Sumatra Province, and there is a positive and significant relationship between products. Gross Regional Domestic Per Capita to the Number of Regency/City Poor Population in South Sumatra Province.
