Abstract
The increasing demands of the community for the quality of health services, service function needs to be improved to provide patient satisfaction. The quality of health services is a health service that gives satisfaction to every user of health services in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the average population, but also in accordance with the standards of professional ethics. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of dental and oral health services through the level of patients satisfaction at dr.Sobirin Hospital Lubuklinggau City. Method: This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design with the total of patient population who visited in August - September 2018 at the dental and oral polyclinic of dr.Sobirin Hospital in Lubuklinggau city. The total sample in this study amounted to 49 respondents determined by accidental sampling technique by conducting an interview using a questionnaire. Data were tested using Chi-square test. Results: The results of the chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between the quality of dental and oral health services through the level of patients satisfaction in RSUD dr.Sobirin city of Lubuklinggau (p = 0,000) and there was a significant relationship between the quality of dental and oral health services in Tangibles dimensions (p = 0,000), Reliability dimension (p = 0,004), Responsiveness dimension (p = 0,000), Assurance dimension (p = 0,002), and Emphaty dimension (p = 0,001) through the level of satisfaction of dental and oral patients in dr.Sobirin hospital in Lubuklinggau city. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the quality of dental and oral health services through the level of patients satisfaction in RSUD dr.Sobirin city of Lubuklinggau.
