Abstract

Pulau Kelagian merupakan daerah wisata dan memiliki keanekarngaman biota. Pulau Kelagian juga merupakan tempat yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai aktifitas manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi jenis zooplankton, menganalisis komposisi, kelimpahan zooplankion serta menganalisisstruktur komunitas zooplankton di Pulau Kelagian perairan Teluk Lampung Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022. pengambilan sampel danpengukuran parameter fisikn-kimia dilakukan di 8 titik stasiun yang tersebar mengelilingi pulau tersebut. Pengambilan sampel meliputi sampel air kemudianpengambilan parameter fisika-kimia meliputi suhu, pH (derajat keasaman) dansalinitas. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan pada komposisi terdapat 8 takse yaituSagita, Nauplius, Calanus. Oithona, Diamus, Cylapoid Oikuopleura danLarva ikan. Kelimpahan zooplankton pada Perairan Pulau Kelagian menunjukkankelimpahan dengan nilai berkisar antara 9.916 20.666 ind/m3Strukturkomunitas pada perairan ini memiliki kritcria kcanckaragaman (H sedang.keseragaman (E) tinggi, dan dominansi (C) rendah atau tidak ada jenis yangmeadominansi Kata kunci: Pulau Kclagian, Zooplankton, Kelimpahan
