Abstract

Diarrhea is still a health problem and cause of death in society. Enviromental sanitation, lack of support followed by the bad behavior can lead to high incidence of diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to Evaluate Implementation of Environmental Sanitation Programs with the diarrhea incindence at working area of the health center Talang Aur. The design of qualitative research uses CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model approach. The choosing menthod of key informants is medical officer and society arround Puskesmas Talang Aur. Data collection technique was doe by deep interview, document review, and observation. Validity test uses triangulation source technique, method trangulation, and data triagulation.shows that the context of allocation programs enviromental sanitation of situational factor where worm enviromental sanitation under 70%. The aim of this program is to descrese diarrhea prevalence. in the input, there are limitation human resources, the limitation of infrastucture, and limitation source of funds. When the implementation process of this program, there are still people who don’t know about this program in the achievement of product does not achieve the target yet. It can be concludes that the evaluation of allocation program of enviromental sanitation worm infection is not optimal. It is hoped that Puskesmas agencies are able to increase the human resourrces, source of funds, and supervision of program enviromental sanitation during implementation.
