Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengukuran laju kecepatan kendaraan di jalan tol menggunakan metode Haar Cascade Classifier berbasis citra bergerak. Metode ini memungkinkan pengukuran kecepatan kendaraan di jalan tol dengan komputasi yang cepat dibandingkan metode-metode sebelumnya. Sistem ini bekerja dengan mengidentifikasi kendaraan pada citra bergerak dan melacak pergerakan kendaraan menggunakan algoritma Haar Cascade Classifier. Data laju kecepatan kemudian dihitung berdasarkan perubahan posisi kendaraan dari frame ke frame. Hasil proses pengujian mendapatkan hasil nilai Precision 0,965, Recall 0,965, dan Mean Square of Error (MSE) 1,284.
