Abstract
Occupational safety culture refers to the corporate values that are inseparable from planned, measurable, structured and integrated K3 efforts and implementation through the management system. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the dimensions of occupational health and safety culture among PT. PERTAMINA PHE Central Plant Flow Station Offshore North West Java. Qualitative research methods with a constructivist phenomenological approach using in-depth interviews. The interviews used were semi standardized interviews, focus group discussions and observations. Analysis of the data used is analytic discrete analysis. The validity of the data using the triangulation method. This study shows that almost all employees of the offshore oil and gas company PT. PERTAMINA PHE Central Plant Flow Stations. Positive adaptive changes were shown by workers with enthusiasm, seen from the role and interaction of each informant interviewed, all were cooperative. clear communication thereby encouraging workers to open up emotionally negatively as well as positively ultimately encouraging collaborative problem solving. The existence of work accidents in companies cannot be separated from the role of the three dominant factors of individual (human) factors, organization and work through analysis of a series of studies conducted that support from management and the environment have fulfilled the criteria in preventing accidents, as evidenced by the statements of interviewed informants. of workers showed that they met the criteria for recognizing and complying with the K3 program from company management however, there are some obstacles faced regarding the availability of poor supporting equipment that must get improvements in its provision. The conclusion of the FGD (group discussion forum) that has been carried out is that the occurrence of work accidents itself cannot be separated from individual (human) factors, namely the skill based error mode which dominates incidents related to personal injury.
