Abstract

Introduction: first step the most enter sense conducted to erase Stunting is with repair function and liveliness cadre Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu). Because as much whatever power health which lowered spaciousness no will capable get rid of role cadre Posyandu which daily face to face direct with Public and stay inside it as well as understand ins and outs sociocultural Public which is at in region not quite enough he replied . Cadre Posyandu also is part from something activity which covers many Thing which influence performance and liveliness . Then held discussion for see factors which relate with liveliness cadre in detection early stunting. Aim :to analyze factors like , education, occupation, knowledge, attitude and support relate with liveliness cadre in detection early stunting specifically cadre posyandu at the region work Public health center Sungai Selan. Methode :This research has been conducted using cross-sectional approaching method. This study has involved 95 Cadres from 19 posyandu in Sungai Selan Health Center by evaluating their activeness in early stunting detection as which instruments used is questionnaire. Result: This study indicate that the knowledge and attitude has associated with the activeness of posyandu cadres. The most related factor is attitude at multivariat analize. Conclusion: the dominan factor that affecting the posyandu cadres activeness is attitude. Intense and copius training are recommended.
