Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di DMP Negeri Air Lesung Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa Ted Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dan merupakan siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri Air Lesing Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai yang telah dilakukan, dihasilkan nilai rekap pada Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara pada siswa putra sebesar 2,1 dengan kategori cukup, pda sisei putri sebesar 2,6 dengan kategori cukup. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli pda SMP Negeri Air Lesing Kabupaten Musi Rawas sudah cukup menerapkan pola hidup yang sehat dan aktivitas fisik dilakukan oleh siswa.
