Abstract
Nowadays, almost all government and non-government activities have utilized information technology, one example is the activity data storage system. Not only paying attention to the functionality of a system, but the appearance is also included in the important aspects that often occur problems in that section. In the management of activity Evidence file data at the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office currently using Google Drive which has problems related to appearance. Google Drive cannot provide input information or captions about the activity files carried out, because Google Drive only stores images, pdfs, docs, and others. In Addition, Google Drive can be accessed by many people which causes the display layout to change. So, it requires a special strategy in making a computerized system automatically in managing Evidence files, by designing a display that suits the user's wishes in terms of file menu layout using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The result is a prototype of the activity Evidence file website. The evaluation uses the System Usability Scale method to determine the usability value of the design made. The result obtained is 82. This score is categorized as "Excellent", grade scale B, and the level of acceptance is "Acceptable" which means that it can be accepted in accordance with the wishes of the user and is suitable for development.
