Abstract

Business Hotel in Jambi City is a place that accommodate all the act 'mties of lodging and business for visitors who come to the City of Jambi. With the growing economy in the city of Jambi, of course, affects the more also the construction of commercial facilities, one of which is the hotel. The Business Hotel is a hotel designed t o accommodate business-minded guests. Hotels that target guests are the businessmen will need different facilities with other hotels, such as meeting rooms. The hotel includes buildings that use a lot of energy in its operation. Planning and design of Business Hotel in Jambi City will apply the theme of tropical architecture that is responsive to the environment and also still look modern according to the demands of the present. The concept is to maximize the shape ofbuilding design in accordance with local conditions.
