Abstract

The study was conducted aiming to produce a Practicum Procedures Of Reaction Rate Based On The Green Chemistry valid, practical, and effective. This study is a research and development using ADDIE development model combined with Tessmer formative evaluation. ADDIE development model consists of five stages, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Tessmer formative evaluation consists of a self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, and a field test. The results of the design validation obtained a value of 0.825 with a high category, a validation result pedagogic obtained a value of 0.83 to a high category and validity of the material has a value of 0.76 to a high category based on the criteria score Aiken's validity. The average results of the validation is 0.805 with a high category. The average score on the questionnaire practicality pilot phase one to one for 0.765 include good categorized and stages of a small group obtained a score of 0.86 practicality include good categorized based on the criteria score Cohhen Kappa agreement. The effectiveness of lab instructions seen from the results in the field test stage. In the field test phase average value of the group's performance in Experiment 1 at 77.3 were categorized as good; experiment 2 with the average value of the group's performance amounted to 80.2 were categorized as good, experiment 3 with an average value of the group's performance amounted to 84.1 were categorized as good, and the experiment 4 with an average value of the group's performance of 77.5 were categorized as good which belongs to either category refers to the conversion of university sriwijaya value. Based on the assessment results, the value of the average performance of laboratory work in the four trials each group in Inderalaya and Palembang class 79.7 and include good categorized. Hint lab-based green chemistry reaction rates have valid criteria, practical, and effective.
