Abstract

PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is one of the manufacturing industry that has the scope of a wide distribution system in producing fertilizers. Distribution system of fertilizer is having problems in controlling the supply and distribution planning of fertilizer. This leads to excess and lack of fertilizer inventory. To solve the problem of distribution, it is made a system of distribution of fertilizer information using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method. The design Model builds this system using FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques). From this study resulted in the calculation of Single Moving Average, Inventory On Hand, number of Safetystock, Gross Requirement, capacitance On Hand, Nett Requirement and Past Due in the implementation of DRP.
