Abstract

This study aims to assess the performance of the four-wheeled vehicle industry or more (ISIC 29101) in terms of efficiency and production costs. This research uses time series data for the 2011-2020 period with qualitative data analysis techniques, namely explaining efficiency and production costs including output, input and added value costs. The research results show that (1) the development of the four- wheeled vehicle industry or more in Indonesia has experienced fluctuations influenced by factors such as raw materials and market demand which has fluctuated due to the pandemic. (2) The results of the analysis show that the influence of production cost output has a negative influence on the production efficiency of four-wheeled vehicles or more with an efficiency level of 0.19 percent.
