Abstract
When the costumers be unable to pay any debts, AR Handling Officer has a training to get every information about customer ability and should be explain any effects if they couldn’t pay any billing, they have to persuasive. AR Handling Officer as the collector agency of Astra Sedaya Finance, PT has achievement targets by AR Handling Head for each 10 (ten) work-days and they will be accumulated on 1 (one) month. They will get bonus for the next month if they could reach the achievement targets. But if they can’t reach the achievement targets in 3 (three) months, that would be got The Third Punishment by the company. The topic is : AR Handling Officer’s duties and responsibilities when they violate the work-agreement. We use Empiric Juridical Law method, based on a legal study, researching the library material or secondary data by Validity Constitution and combine the primary data. Research Conclusion got by every deductive answers in this thesis. Based on the research, AR Handling Officer of Astra Sedaya Finance, PT’s duties that according to Fixed Term Employment Contract number 63754/PCB-ANW/IV/2017 and a command by AR Management Head are collecting every debts to customer start from 7th (seventh) day until 30th (thirtieth) day by the due date and getting every information of causes of latepayment. If AR Handling Officer breaks any regulation by AR Management Head nor AR Handling Officer but beyond to the Fixed Term Employment Contract number 63754/PCB-ANW/IV/2017, they would be get The Third Punishment or Termination of Employment. Herein the violations beyond to the Fixed Term Employment Contract are continuously 3 (three) days of absent, AR Handling Officer was bribed by the customer, saving company/customer money more than a day (1 time to 24 hours), embezzlement customer money, come to customer area without any permission and take illegal forfeit to the customer that was latepayment.
