Abstract
The research aimed to know the influence and to obtained the optimum dose of solid waste and boiler ash composition on oil palm seedlings. The research conducted from December 2017 to April 2018. The design used was Randomited Block Design (RBD) which had 6 treatments with 4 replications. Each treatment had 3 crops with total 72 crop samples. Treatment used was P0 : without application solid waste and boiler ash, P1: application NPK (urea 6 g, TSP 6 g, MOP 9 g, kieserit 2 g), P2 : application 90 g of (solid waste+boiler ash), P3 : application 180 g of (solid waste+boiler ash), P4 : application 270 g of (solid waste+boiler ash), and P5 : application 360 g of (solid waste+boiler ash). The result showed that application solid waste and boiler ash significantly effected to stem diameter , total leaves of seedling, greenish leave degree, dry weight stem and soil pH. Based on orthogonal contrast test, had significantly differences between a group without sold waste and boiler ash group fertilizer NPK and group solid waste and boiler ash for level of greenish leave degree, accretion of stem diameter , total accretion of leaves, dry weight of plant, dry weight of stem, and soil pH. The combination of solid waste and boiler ash which is considered to have an optimum effected on oil palm seedligs are 183,32 g/seedlings.
